About Alpine Village
Located just a short walk from the Virginia Campus and a 10-minute drive from the Eveleth Campus, Alpine Village consists of three apartment buildings—each with eight apartments, totaling 24 units. These apartments are tailored to provide a supportive and social student community in the heart of Virginia, Minnesota, with grocery stores, banks, clinics, shopping, and dining all within one mile.

Apartment Features
Each apartment includes:
- 4 Bedrooms (3 single rooms, 1 double room with bunk beds)
- 2 Bathrooms
- Fully Equipped Kitchen (Full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher)
- Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer
- Living Room (Furnished with a couch, coffee table, end table, and TV stand)
Room Options
Alpine Village offers two room options:
- Single Room: One occupant per room
- Double Room: Bunk beds and two occupants
Each bedroom comes furnished with:
- Twin-size bed with mattress
- Closet or dresser
- Desk and desk chair
- Curtains
- Smoke Alarms
Building Amenities
- In-unit washer/dryer
- High-speed wireless internet
- Onsite manager during office hours
- 24/7 live-in caretaker
- All utilities including air conditioning are included in the housing fee.
- Outdoor amenities: Benches and sand volleyball court
- Parking Lot: Directly by the complex, available for student use
- The entire housing facility is a non-smoking area and alcohol-free. No smoking or alcohol is allowed anywhere in the building, including individual student’s rooms, regardless of the age of any resident or guest.
Staff and Security
The Alpine Village is overseen by an onsite manager, who maintains office hours, and a caretaker who lives on-site. The buildings are equipped with video surveillance.
